Every company, role and programme sits in one column or the next — prospect, messaged, applied, interviewing, offer. Drag a card and the stage, the date and the history move with it, so the question "what am I actually waiting on?" has one place to look instead of six.
Frontier AI does the reading
I research a company against the preferences you set, pull the application's own questions onto the board, and write you notes to draft against — a sample answer only if you ask for one. The words you send stay yours.
My extension never presses submit
The Chrome extension saves the job page you're reading straight onto the board. It never logs in as you and it never submits an application — that hand is always yours.
Straight about your data
- Your resume, your stories and your profile are yours: automation never writes them — I suggest, you save.
- I don't sell your data, and none of it goes to an AI lab unless you opt in, which you can withdraw any day.
- When the AI can't run, I refuse out loud and tell you why, instead of quietly handing you something worse.
- Export everything this account has written, or delete it, from your Account tab — the notice says exactly what each one covers.

Beta pricing
Your first week is $0.99
Then $9.99 a week — or $199 a year ($3.83 a week).
The subscription pays for the AI, so the AI is what it gates. Everything else — the board, the import, the tracking, the extension — keeps working without one.
Cancelling is as easy as signing up: you do it from your own account, in no more steps than it took to subscribe, without writing to me. It stops the next charge and doesn't refund the period you're in.
No free tier. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT. The terms say all of it before you pay anything.
